Simply replace your right-side cooking grate with a Weber Crafted Frame Kit (sold separately), place the Weber Crafted Rust-Resistant Griddle Insert in the frame, and get griddling. Plus, you can griddle on the right and still use the grates to sear on the left, all at the same time.
