Assures man-overboard recovery and provides 150 N buoyancy.
Compliant with Plaisance France regulations (Division 240), as a “device for locating and assisting a person who has fallen overboard”, replacing a horseshoe buoy.
Perch:
- Yellow nylon fabric, polyurethane coated.
- Inflated height above water: 1.98 m.
- Adjustable webbing seat to support the weight of a man overboard.
- Handle for easy gripping.
- A 0.75 cd auto-trigger light, 8-hour autonomy.
- Red and yellow flag (32 x 20 cm).
- Retro-reflective strips (200 cm²).

- A rigid ballast with V-shaped reinforcements, acting like a keel for optimized stability.

- An ABS case, height 49 cm x Ø 13 cm.

Case assembly and pole deployment:
- The ABS case containing the IOR pole is positioned on the boat’s balcony (optional kit: ref.415010).
- The case is connected to the support by a rope.
- In the event of a man overboard, simply throw the case in the direction of the castaway.
- The tension exerted on the rope triggers the percussion and releases the buoy (which is no longer connected to the support).
- The case floats, attached to the buoy.
