The Lofrans Project X3 windlass, Low Pro, 1700W, 3/8”HT is a powerful and durable lofrans anchor windlass designed for sail and motorboats. Built with AISI 316L stainless steel, it offers superior corrosion resistance and reliability. Standard features include a watertight stainless steel ball bearing base for zero maintenance and enhanced functionality.
Its innovative clutch system uses conical discs and a parallel shaft to eliminate keys and ensure proper weight distribution. The electric motor and gearbox are connected by a specialized coupling for easy maintenance. A built-in sensor and magnet in the gypsy enable integration with a chain counter. Additionally, the manual override ensures the chain or rope can be recovered manually in case of electrical failure.
