The EGG Genius industrial duty meat probe is designed to give precise temperature readings up to 500°F/260°C. Industrial duty platinum resistance thermometer probe with stainless steel shielding. Probe may be used in combination with the Y-cable available for the EGG Genius controller (both sold separately) to add additional probes when cooking several meats.
